Tonight, Cecilie made the best pizza ever. A perfect crust topped with white pizza sauce, bell pepper, red onion, parmesan cheese, mushrooms and dry cured ham. A little drizzle of garlic oil on top and all of a sudden Heaven was a place on Earth! Apparently, she got inspired by this new Italian bakery and pizza restaurant in town: Cinque Minuti.

Also, this was the first meal this week that did not come out of the airfryer! Mainly, I think, because the pizza didn’t fit in there.
